We are looking for a Product Designer who wants to join a start-up-minded, bootstrapped, team of makers. We have no investors, no corporate bullsh*t, and a lot of great stuff to do.

What we expect you to do
- Guide product initiatives from conception to conclusion, including product ideation, user research, flowcharts, prototypes, wireframes, functional specifications, high-fidelity renders, product specs, etc.
- Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirements
- Deliver high quality work according to schedules
- Partner closely with product and engineering and contribute to the product vision
- Create consistent and cohesive design patterns
What you should have
- Problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or similar product
- Ability to quickly design, revise, rinse, and repeat
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
- Open to new approaches and new ideas
