We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who wants to join a start-up-minded, bootstrapped, team of makers. We have no investors, no corporate bullsh*t, and a lot of great stuff to do.

What we expect you to do
- Be the ambassador of users
- Onboard new users, be a mentor for them
- Be the voice of the customer, ask about their experience
- Collect reviews and share them with the world
- Create case studies to be proud of
- Collect FAQ and create quick tutorials for better help
- Educate users and increase feature adoption
- Deal with support requests divinely
- Build long-term customer relations
What you should have
- 2+ years customer success experience
- Fluent in English (most of our customers are abroad)
- Passionate about creating value for customers
- Having customer-first mindset
