We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who wants to join a start-up-minded, bootstrapped, team of makers. We have no investors, no corporate bullsh*t, and a lot of great stuff to do.

What we expect you to do

  • Be the ambassador of users
  • Onboard new users, be a mentor for them
  • Be the voice of the customer, ask about their experience
  • Collect reviews and share them with the world
  • Create case studies to be proud of
  • Collect FAQ and create quick tutorials for better help
  • Educate users and increase feature adoption
  • Deal with support requests divinely
  • Build long-term customer relations

What you should have

  • 2+ years customer success experience
  • Fluent in English (most of our customers are abroad)
  • Passionate about creating value for customers
  • Having customer-first mindset
